BALLAST

A deterministic simulation of a multi-tenant session control plane: per-tenant parallel caps, a rolling credit window, and leases over a substrate that lies. The whole execution is a pure function of one integer seed, so any failure replays byte-identically. Correctness comes from invariants, a reference oracle, mechanical mutation testing, and a shrinker that verifies its own output.

Grounded — Production RAG Starter

A RAG starter that answers only from your sources, cites them, and says “I don't know” instead of hallucinating. Idempotent ingestion (content-hash dedup), retries with backoff, and an eval harness that catches regressions in CI. Runs fully offline — no API key or database required.
